The Utopia project creators are a group of like-minded people: experienced programmers, developers and other IT industry specialists. We are all convinced that the Internet should be a completely free environment for information exchange and communication, and that if a person wants to keep his incognito, their privacy must be ensured.

👁And we are not satisfied with the current state of things on the Internet: total surveillance (both by governments and businesses), the transformation of privacy from a mandatory condition to an option, or even an outright ban on anonymity in many services, content blocking, and other similar practices. Precisely because today’s Internet increasingly resembles a nightmarish dystopia, the Utopia team is called Group 1984. We believe that Orwell’s novel is already too close to reality to sit idle.

👥At the same time, we are aware that our work to create a free Internet is not liked by many large players, including large multinational corporations. For them, our activities will cause losses of billions of dollars. That is why Group 1984 is anonymous and will remain anonymous forever.
